³I call upon Yahweh, who is ^(A)worthy to be praised,
And I am ^(B)saved from my enemies.

⁴The ^(C)cords of death encompassed me,
And the ^(D)torrents of vileness ^[a]terrified me.
⁵The ^(E)cords of Sheol surrounded me;
The snares of death confronted me.
